I had the great pleasure of sitting next to Jeanne Flint, the executive director of Women Helping Women at an event last week. She truly is an amazing person and the work that her non profit does to help women reenter the work force is phenomenal.
After a follow up meeting, I have decided to incorporate her organization into my business by donating all of the clothing that my clients get rid of to her group. I will also be giving a few workshops throughout the year to her staff and her clients about dressing for success.
I urge you to donate your clothes as well instead of taking them to the Good Will yourself. Even if the clothes you are tossing are not in good shape and you think no one will be able to wear them to an interview, give them to Women Helping Women anyways. They have a system set up with the Good Will where they get Good Will vouchers for all clothing that they donate. They can then “buy” clothes that their women will be able to use.
Not only do they help women find professional clothes, they offer career advice, computer training, a computer lab, etc. I strongly suggest you check out what this amazing woman and her organization are doing to help our society. I wish we could all be more like them.

I attended the Riviera party last night at the new Hotel Menage in Anaheim and found out about the latest step in the underwear evolution….Commandos! (www.gocommandos.com).
Now we all want to avoid VPL (visible panty line), but not all of us like the idea of having to wear a thong. Most of us aren’t comfortable going pantiless either. Now we have a viable option. Commandos are basically pantie patches. The cotton crotch without the panties. They come in boxes of 8 with an adhesive backing so they stick directly on your pants. You get the hygienic function of underwear without any of the lines.
They are a funny shape, but I’m told that is to ensure that they don’t move around while you wear them. I haven’t tried them myself yet, but I will give them a try the next time I have my sexy jeans on and let you know how they work. What will they think of next?

Here are a few pictures of a recent before and after shoot I did. This will give you a small idea about how I can help my clients. Both of these women looked absolutely beautiful and have been receiving rave reviews on their new looks.
