I’m loving this panther bangle by Lily Posh. There are so many animal bracelets on the market right now with this whole safari trend, that its hard to find one that looks different or is a little better quality. Many of them are just cheap plastic, or they are way too expensive. This one by Lily Posh is perfect because it’s not too over the top, it’s the right size, and it has green eyes. I love it!
Pair this with another solid gold bangle on the same wrist with jeans, a white top, and a khaki safari jacket to look perfectly put together and on trend.

Anyone who knows me, knows that I am obsessed with any combination of blues, aquas, and whites. Needless to say, I love this dress.
What a perfect dress to wear on a summer evening out. The colors are cooling, the gentle pleating around the neck is feminine, the length isn’t too short, and you will stand out in the sea of other black dresses. Not to mention the fact that the color blocking on this dress is perfect for anyone that is a little larger down below than up top. The dark blue at the bottom with make your hips and bum look smaller, while the white up top will bring the attention up to your beautiful face. Enjoy!

Designers from Nine West and Aldo, to Prada and Dolce & Gabbana are all jumping on the multi color snakeskin bandwagon. Whether you choose a few bangles, a strappy pair of sandals, or a fabulous clutch, add some of these fun colors to your spring and summer wardrobes. Obviously a little of these colors go a long way, so moderation is key. You don’t want to look like Rainbow Bright. My advice is limit these colors to your accessories and only wear one at a time…i.e. the clutch, or the sandals, or the bangles, but not all of them at once.

Check out these fabulously fun and comfy loafers from Aerosoles (www.aerosoles.com). If you have never tried a pair of Aerosoles on before, you really must. They are the most comfortable shoes you will ever wear. Normally, comfy shoes mean you have to look like you’re wearing nurse shoes. Finally there is a brand that is creating comfortable AND fashionable shoes.
Wear any of these chic styles with jeans and a solid top for an instantly stylish look. Buy a pair in every color and wear them in place of your schlepy flip flops. You’ll be just as comfortable, but look infinitely more put together.

Dive in to color this spring. If the bright colors in the stores seem too bold to wear, add them in small doses to your look through accessories. A dash of color here or there is all you need.
One of the best places to add color is in your handbags. Don’t be that girl with the boring black purse. Have a bit of fun and choose something with color and personality. Whether you’re looking for a clutch, satchel, or tote, there are plenty to choose from across all price points.

Don’t forget, your stylist or image consultant can help you find a bag that not only looks fabulous, but that complements your coloring and is in proportion to your body. There’s more too it than just buying a cute bag ladies!

I know it’s hard to think about spring when we’re still in January, but this is the perfect time to start getting your spring wardrobe ready. The stores are filled with spring clothes, and shopping now will ensure that you find your size.
We’re seeing color coming back in a big way. From bold prints, to bright shoes and accessories, color is everywhere this spring.
Soft Coloring
(Low Contrast between hair and skin colors. Ex: light hair and light skin or dark hair and dark skin)
If your coloring is soft, be careful of the prints and colors you choose. You don’t want your clothing and accessories to upstage you. We want to look at your beautiful face, not your tropical printed orange shirt. Individuals with soft coloring should opt for lower contrast prints. This means instead of choosing a dress with a green and white print, choose one with a green and pink print. It will be less harsh than the higher contrast of green and white. Your coloring is soft, so your prints and color choices should not be too harsh.
Notice how this woman disappears in this dress. The contrast is too high and the pattern is too busy for her coloring.

These two dresses are more flattering on a person with soft coloring because their contrast is lighter. Gray and white is a nice option instead of black and white (but I would still like to see her in a smaller print), while the green and white print in the second dress doesn’t detract from her face.

Intense Coloring
(High Contrast between hair and skin colors. Ex: Light skin and dark hair or dark skin and light hair.)
If you have more intense natural coloring, you can get away with much more in terms of these bold colors and prints. Because you naturally have a high contrast in your hair and skin colors, you can wear higher contrasted prints and more intense colors. You should be completely in your element this season. Here are a two prints that would look great on you.

These prints are still bold, but they don’t completely overpower the women wearing them. Enjoy the colors and prints of the season, but keep in mind the color contrasts and prints in relation to your natural coloring when you’re out shopping. And as always, their are professional image consultants, personal shoppers, and stylists, like myself, that can help you make sense of all this.

No one says you have to wear true green or red for the holidays. Why not change it up this season with a hot pink or fuchsia top or dress. Or try turquoise instead of regular old green.
These colors are still festive, yet they have a bit more flair. If you want to be fashionable and get noticed and your holiday parties this year, try giving your outfit some pop with one of these great colors.
Liven up your holiday fashions this year!

This look has a ’70s inspired quality. It’s perfectly ladylike and utterly slick.
Putting it together:
The silhouette up top is lean, so the sweater should be skinny through the arms and the body - but roomy enough to layer a button-down underneath.
Pick a skirt that’s crisp, simple, and falls right above the knee. Tweeds are great, especially in slightly retro colors like toasty brown.
Completing the outfit with high, chunky heels keeps the overall vibe from feeling too preppy. A bold necklace is the ideal finishing touch.
